STAGE 1

QEW north side and south side
outside widening including sewers from Seventh Street to
Martindale. This work includes the widening of the Third
Street Structure.

QEW north side and south side
outside temporary widening from Ontario Street to Garden
City Skyway.

Storm sewers on Dunlop, from
Geneva to Fitzgerald.

Storm Water Management Pond at
Ontario Street.

Grading and berm construction
at the Martindale Ramp from the QEW Toronto bound.
The Martindale Ramp and berm have
been constructed. The Ramp will be paved along with the
adjacent work on Martindale.

Noise Barrier on
south side of QEW on the east and west side of Fitzgerald
and on the east side of Niagara Street, specifically around
the Storm Water Management Pond at Fitzgerald.
Construction of the noise wall will
commence following the completion of the Storm Water
Management Pond at Spruce and Dunlop. This work has been
progressing slower than expected due to delays with the
engineered slopes for the pond; however, every effort will
be made to construct as much of the noise barrier in this
area.
